箱(xiang)式變電站的發展歷程:
箱(xiang)式變(bian)電(dian)站(zhan)適用(yong)(yong)于住宅小區、城(cheng)市公(gong)用(yong)(yong)變(bian)、富貴鬧(nao)市、施工電(dian)源等,用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)可根據不同(tong)的運用(yong)(yong)條件、負荷等級選(xuan)擇箱(xiang)式變(bian)。箱(xiang)式變(bian)電(dian)站(zhan)自問(wen)世以(yi)來,展(zhan)(zhan)開極(ji)為靈敏,在歐洲發達家已(yi)占(zhan)配電(dian)變(bian)壓(ya)器的70%,美已(yi)占(zhan)90%。我城(cheng)市現代(dai)化(hua)制作的飛速展(zhan)(zhan)開,城(cheng)市配電(dian)網(wang)的不斷更新改造,必將得到廣泛的使用(yong)(yong)。
對于(yu)箱(xiang)(xiang)式(shi)變(bian)(bian)電站,我自20世(shi)紀70年代后期,從法、德等引進及拷貝的箱(xiang)(xiang)式(shi)變(bian)(bian)電站,從結構(gou)上選用(yong)高(gao)、低壓(ya)開(kai)關(guan)柜(ju)(ju),變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)組成辦法,這種箱(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)稱為(wei)(wei)歐式(shi)箱(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian),形(xing)象比(bi)(bi)喻為(wei)(wei)給高(gao)、低壓(ya)開(kai)關(guan)柜(ju)(ju)、變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)蓋了房子。從20世(shi)紀90年代起,我引進美(mei)箱(xiang)(xiang)式(shi)變(bian)(bian)電站,在結構(gou)上將負(fu)荷開(kai)關(guan),環網開(kai)關(guan)和(he)熔(rong)斷器(qi)(qi)結構(gou)簡化放入變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)油箱(xiang)(xiang)浸在油中(zhong)。避(bi)雷器(qi)(qi)也選用(yong)油浸式(shi)氧(yang)化鋅避(bi)雷器(qi)(qi)。變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)吊(diao)銷油枕,油箱(xiang)(xiang)及散熱器(qi)(qi)暴(bao)露在空氣(qi)中(zhong),這種箱(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)稱為(wei)(wei)美(mei)式(shi)箱(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian),形(xing)象比(bi)(bi)喻為(wei)(wei)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)周(zhou)圍掛個(ge)箱(xiang)(xiang)子。
箱(xiang)式變電(dian)站的原(yuan)理:
箱式變(bian)電(dian)(dian)站(簡(jian)稱箱變(bian))是一(yi)種把高壓(ya)開關(guan)設(she)(she)(she)(she)備(bei)配電(dian)(dian)變(bian)壓(ya)器,低壓(ya)開關(guan)設(she)(she)(she)(she)備(bei),電(dian)(dian)能(neng)計量設(she)(she)(she)(she)備(bei)和無(wu)功補償設(she)(she)(she)(she)備(bei)等按(an)必(bi)定(ding)的(de)接線方(fang)案組合在一(yi)個(ge)或幾個(ge)箱體內的(de)緊湊型(xing)成套配電(dian)(dian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)備(bei)。它適用(yong)(yong)于額外電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)10/0.4KV三(san)相溝(gou)通系統中,作為線路和分配電(dian)(dian)能(neng)之用(yong)(yong)。
與同容量的(de)歐式(shi)(shi)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)相(xiang)比較,美式(shi)(shi)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)的(de)結(jie)構(gou)更為合理。由(you)于(yu)歐式(shi)(shi)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)是將變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)及一(yi)(yi)(yi)般的(de)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電器(qi)設備裝于(yu)同一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)金屬外殼箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)體(ti)中(zhong)(zhong),變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)室(shi)溫很高(gao),引起散熱(re)困難,影響(xiang)出力;另一(yi)(yi)(yi)方面(mian)在箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)體(ti)中(zhong)(zhong)選用一(yi)(yi)(yi)般的(de)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)負荷(he)開(kai)關(guan)(guan)和熔斷器(qi)、低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)開(kai)關(guan)(guan)柜,所以歐式(shi)(shi)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)體(ti)積(ji)較大。美式(shi)(shi)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)與歐式(shi)(shi)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)結(jie)構(gou)上(shang)不(bu)一(yi)(yi)(yi)樣(yang)。從安頓上(shang)看,其低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)室(shi)、變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)室(shi)、高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)室(shi)不(bu)是目字型(xing)安頓,而是品字型(xing)安頓。從結(jie)構(gou)上(shang)看,這種箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)式(shi)(shi)變(bian)(bian)分(fen)為前(qian)、后(hou)兩部分(fen)前(qian)面(mian)為高(gao)、低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)操(cao)作(zuo)間(jian)隔,操(cao)作(zuo)間(jian)隔內(nei)包(bao)含高(gao)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)接線端子(zi),負荷(he)開(kai)關(guan)(guan)操(cao)作(zuo)柄,無載調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)分(fen)節(jie)開(kai)關(guan)(guan),插(cha)入式(shi)(shi)熔斷器(qi),油(you)位計(ji)等(deng);后(hou)部為注油(you)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)及散熱(re)片,將變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)繞(rao)組、鐵芯(xin)、高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)負荷(he)開(kai)關(guan)(guan)和熔斷器(qi)放入變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)油(you)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)中(zhong)(zhong)。
避雷器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)也選用(yong)(yong)(yong)油浸(jin)式(shi)(shi)金屬氧(yang)化(hua)物(wu)避雷器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)吊銷油枕,采(cai)取油加氣(qi)隙體積(ji)(ji)穩定原則規劃密封式(shi)(shi)油箱(xiang)(xiang),油箱(xiang)(xiang)及散(san)熱器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)暴(bao)露在(zai)空氣(qi)中,沒有散(san)熱困難。低壓(ya)斷(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)選用(yong)(yong)(yong)塑殼(ke)斷(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)作為主斷(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)及出(chu)線斷(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。由于結(jie)構簡化(hua),這種箱(xiang)(xiang)式(shi)(shi)變(bian)(bian)(bian)電站的(de)占(zhan)地(di)面積(ji)(ji)和(he)體積(ji)(ji)大(da)大(da)減小,由于其體積(ji)(ji)很小再加上(shang)僅(jin)僅(jin)一(yi)側(ce)(ce)開(kai)門,其所需(xu)占(zhan)地(di)面積(ji)(ji)僅(jin)是歐式(shi)(shi)箱(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)的(de)1/4,體積(ji)(ji)僅(jin)為同容量(liang)(liang)歐式(shi)(shi)箱(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)的(de)1/5-1/3。美(mei)(mei)式(shi)(shi)箱(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)(ce)選用(yong)(yong)(yong)熔斷(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)保(bao)(bao)護(hu),低壓(ya)側(ce)(ce)選用(yong)(yong)(yong)塑殼(ke)主動(dong)空氣(qi)斷(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)保(bao)(bao)護(hu),與我10kV配(pei)變(bian)(bian)(bian)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)辦法相同。高(gao)壓(ya)熔斷(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)內部毛(mao)(mao)(mao)病,主動(dong)空氣(qi)斷(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)低壓(ya)側(ce)(ce)線路(lu)(lu)(lu)的(de)過電流、短路(lu)(lu)(lu)、欠(qian)電壓(ya)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)病。美(mei)(mei)式(shi)(shi)箱(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)存在(zai)的(de)缺陷(xian)。由于負荷(he)開(kai)關浸(jin)在(zai)油里,油被電弧碳(tan)化(hua)、分解,發(fa)(fa)作乙炔等(deng)有害氣(qi)體,使得功(gong)能(neng)下降,曾發(fa)(fa)作事故。看不(bu)到明(ming)顯斷(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)開(kai)點,檢修(xiu)不(bu)方便。由于美(mei)(mei)低壓(ya)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)及計(ji)量(liang)(liang)辦法與我不(bu)同,美(mei)(mei)式(shi)(shi)箱(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)自身不(bu)帶低壓(ya)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)和(he)計(ji)量(liang)(liang)。為滿意(yi)內用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶的(de)需(xu)求,產(chan)箱(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)在(zai)低壓(ya)側(ce)(ce)加裝低壓(ya)配(pei)電柜。由于箱(xiang)(xiang)式(shi)(shi)變(bian)(bian)(bian)長(chang)時刻處于太陽(yang)的(de)直曬下,影響(xiang)塑殼(ke)斷(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)散(san)熱,使得斷(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)不(bu)能(neng)正(zheng)常開(kai)斷(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)負載及短路(lu)(lu)(lu)電流,易引發(fa)(fa)高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)(ce)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)病。
