為破解(jie)特高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)大型油(you)(you)浸干(gan)(gan)式(shi)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)溫(wen)熱油(you)(you)火災撲(pu)救技術(shu)難(nan)題,近期天津(jin)消防研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)所在福建省華安試(shi)(shi)驗基地(di)成功(gong)開展(zhan)系列(lie)高(gao)溫(wen)干(gan)(gan)式(shi)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)油(you)(you)火災滅火試(shi)(shi)驗。該(gai)試(shi)(shi)驗采(cai)用天津(jin)所研(yan)建的1m3℃熱油(you)(you)燃(ran)燒與(yu)滅火試(shi)(shi)驗模型,將干(gan)(gan)式(shi)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)油(you)(you)加熱至(zhi)自燃(ran)后充分(fen)預燃(ran),分(fen)別考察(cha)了水(shui)噴(pen)霧、泡(pao)(pao)沫(mo)噴(pen)霧、壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)空氣泡(pao)(pao)沫(mo)等典型滅火介(jie)質與(yu)高(gao)溫(wen)干(gan)(gan)式(shi)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)油(you)(you)火的相互(hu)作用過程,研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)了高(gao)溫(wen)干(gan)(gan)式(shi)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)油(you)(you)的燃(ran)燒與(yu)沸溢現象(xiang),明確了不同(tong)滅火介(jie)質撲(pu)救高(gao)溫(wen)干(gan)(gan)式(shi)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)油(you)(you)火災的有效(xiao)性(xing)和(he)安全性(xing),進一(yi)步(bu)證實了壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)空氣泡(pao)(pao)沫(mo)對高(gao)溫(wen)干(gan)(gan)式(shi)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)油(you)(you)火災的高(gao)效(xiao)性(xing)、安全性(xing)和(he)可靠性(xing)。
特高壓(ya)大(da)(da)型(xing)油(you)(you)(you)浸(jin)干式(shi)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)儲油(you)(you)(you)量多(duo)、運行(xing)溫(wen)度高,可形(xing)成高溫(wen)熱(re)油(you)(you)(you)火(huo),處置不當會(hui)引(yin)發熱(re)油(you)(you)(you)沸溢、飛濺,加劇火(huo)勢擴大(da)(da)、災害失控。該試(shi)驗(yan)采用接近300℃的高溫(wen)干式(shi)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)油(you)(you)(you)開展,充分驗(yan)證了不同滅火(huo)介質撲救高溫(wen)干式(shi)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)油(you)(you)(you)火(huo)的有效性,為(wei)提出高效可行(xing)的滅火(huo)方案及沸溢火(huo)災防控方法奠定了堅實基礎,為(wei)大(da)(da)型(xing)油(you)(you)(you)浸(jin)干式(shi)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)火(huo)災科學處置提供了有力支撐。
