一、電(dian)(dian)網(wang)電(dian)(dian)壓調(diao)整的(de)必要性

在電網的正(zheng)常(chang)運行中,任何電壓的正(zheng)負偏移(yi)過大(da)都(dou)會(hui)給經濟(ji)和安(an)全帶來(lai)不利影響(xiang)。這是(shi)因(yin)為:

 1.在額定(ding)電壓下(xia)運行時,所有電氣設(she)備的(de)設(she)計效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)較高。嚴重偏離額定(ding)電壓必(bi)然導致效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)下(xia)降,經濟性變(bian)差;

2.過高的(de)電壓會大大縮短白熾燈的(de)壽命,也會危害設(she)備的(de)絕緣;

3.如果電(dian)(dian)壓過低,會使(shi)恒轉(zhuan)矩異步(bu)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)差率(lv)大(da)大(da)增加(jia),從而導致工業的(de)(de)次品和廢品,由(you)于轉(zhuan)差率(lv)增加(jia),異步(bu)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)會增大(da),造成發(fa)熱甚(shen)至損壞。

鑒于供電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓嚴重偏差的危害,為保(bao)證工礦企業和城鄉居民正(zheng)常用電(dian)(dian),家標準(GB/t 12325-2003)對供電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓允許偏差具體規定如(ru)下:

a)35kV及以上(shang)電源電壓(ya)正負偏(pian)差絕對(dui)值之(zhi)和不得超過標稱系統電壓(ya)的(de)10%。

10kv及(ji)以下三相電(dian)源電(dian)壓的允許偏差為額定電(dian)壓的7%。

220v單相電源(yuan)電壓的(de)允許偏差(cha)為額定電壓的(de)7%和-10%。

二(er)、電(dian)力系統中心(xin)點的(de)選擇和中心(xin)點的(de)調壓方式

電(dian)(dian)力系(xi)統(tong)的(de)樞紐(niu)(niu)點通常(chang)選擇樞紐(niu)(niu)變電(dian)(dian)站各側一些(xie)(xie)有代表性的(de)母線(xian)節(jie)(jie)點進行監控(kong)。如果這些(xie)(xie)母線(xian)節(jie)(jie)點的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)滿足要求,那么與該節(jie)(jie)點相鄰的(de)下(xia)屬(shu)節(jie)(jie)點基本可(ke)以滿足要求。這些(xie)(xie)節(jie)(jie)點稱為樞紐(niu)(niu)點。中(zhong)點電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)控(kong)制有三種方式:反向調壓(ya)、正向調壓(ya)和正常(chang)調壓(ya)。

1.反向電壓(ya)(ya)調(diao)(diao)節(jie)要求在峰值負載(zai)期(qi)間將中心點的電壓(ya)(ya)調(diao)(diao)節(jie)到1.05額定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya)UN;低負荷時(shi)調(diao)(diao)整到額定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya)UN; 

2.峰值負(fu)荷時(shi)中心點電(dian)壓(ya)要求不低(di)于1.025額定電(dian)壓(ya)UN;低(di)負(fu)荷不高于1.075額定電(dian)壓(ya)UN;

3.恒(heng)壓(ya)(ya)調節要求(qiu)中心點電壓(ya)(ya)基本不變,在任何(he)負載(zai)下略高(gao)于額定電壓(ya)(ya)UN。

三繞組(zu)或三繞組(zu)干式變壓器(qi)分接頭的選擇(ze)原則(ze)

雖(sui)然運行中(zhong)要求電(dian)網各節點(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)保(bao)持在額(e)定(ding)值,但實際(ji)運行中(zhong)很難(nan)實現。鑒于(yu)上述原因,并考慮(lv)到電(dian)氣設(she)備的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)要求,按(an)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)偏移的較大(da)允許范圍。當(dang)需要進(jin)行電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)調(diao)整(zheng)時(shi)(shi),應根據(ju)有功功率(lv)和無功功率(lv)的實際(ji)分布來調(diao)整(zheng)系(xi)統中(zhong)心點(dian)的母(mu)線電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。調(diao)整(zheng)時(shi)(shi)應遵循(xun)的原則: #p#分頁標題#e#

1.所選抽頭的(de)(de)(de)位(wei)置應使(shi)二次母線(xian)的(de)(de)(de)實際偏差不超(chao)過(guo)從上到下的(de)(de)(de)允許范(fan)圍;

2.降壓(ya)干(gan)式變壓(ya)器的分(fen)接頭位置應盡量使二次母(mu)線電壓(ya)運行在ra

4.在樞紐變電(dian)站需要調(diao)(diao)整三圈干線(xian)變壓(ya)(ya)器檔(dang)位(wei)時,由于分接頭開(kai)關安裝在高、中壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce),而低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)沒(mei)有(you)分接頭開(kai)關,電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)調(diao)(diao)整是在保證低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)母線(xian)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)合格的(de)基礎(chu)上(shang),確定(ding)(ding)(ding)高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)(即供電(dian)側(ce)(ce))檔(dang)位(wei)。然后在固定(ding)(ding)(ding)這(zhe)個(ge)(ge)抽(chou)頭的(de)基礎(chu)上(shang),根據(ju)高、中壓(ya)(ya)情況(kuang)選(xuan)擇中壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)的(de)抽(chou)頭。同樣(yang),當中壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)有(you)電(dian)源(yuan)時,應根據(ju)中低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)的(de)情況(kuang)選(xuan)擇中壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)的(de)抽(chou)頭,在固定(ding)(ding)(ding)這(zhe)個(ge)(ge)抽(chou)頭的(de)基礎(chu)上(shang),根據(ju)高、中壓(ya)(ya)的(de)情況(kuang)選(xuan)擇中壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)的(de)抽(chou)頭。在系(xi)統正常無功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率的(de)情況(kuang)下(xia),其計算公式為:

4.電(dian)力(li)系統無功功率不足時的調壓效果分析

當改變(bian)干式變(bian)壓器的電(dian)壓比進行調壓時(shi),必須注意的前提是當電(dian)力系(xi)統(tong)無功功率不足(zu)時(shi),干式變(bian)壓器分接頭調壓效果不理(li)想。分析如下:

如圖1所示。由(you)于發(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)g的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)無功(gong)(gong)容量不足(zu),發(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)輸出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)無功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)QG已達到較大(da)允(yun)許(xu)值QGmax,因(yin)此各母線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)水平較低(di)。干式(shi)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器T 3的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)比發(fa)生變(bian)化(hua)(hua),希望提(ti)高(gao)母線(xian)(xian)6的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)U6。根據負荷(he)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)靜態電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)特性,當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)發(fa)生變(bian)化(hua)(hua)時,無功(gong)(gong)負荷(he)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)變(bian)化(hua)(hua)遠(yuan)(yuan)大(da)于有(you)(you)功(gong)(gong)負荷(he),無功(gong)(gong)負荷(he)變(bian)化(hua)(hua)引(yin)起的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)波動遠(yuan)(yuan)大(da)于有(you)(you)功(gong)(gong)負荷(he)。因(yin)此,當U6增(zeng)加時,負載(zai)Q6也會(hui)增(zeng)加,這(zhe)(zhe)將(jiang)使(shi)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)輸出(chu)QG QGmax。負載(zai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)靜態特性是指(zhi)頻率(lv)(lv)不變(bian)時電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)與負載(zai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)關(guan)系,即U=f(P,q)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)關(guan)系。為(wei)了保證發(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)安全(quan)運(yun)行(xing),只(zhi)有(you)(you)減(jian)小發(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)勵磁電(dian)(dian)流才能將(jiang)QG減(jian)小到允(yun)許(xu)值,即QG=QGmax。顯然(ran),這(zhe)(zhe)將(jiang)導致(zhi)1/5的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)(jiang)低(di),總線(xian)(xian)6的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)不會(hui)上(shang)升到期(qi)望值。以上(shang)說明,改變(bian)T 3的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)比,不僅會(hui)在有(you)(you)限的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)程度上(shang)增(zeng)加U6,還(huan)會(hui)導致(zhi)其他母線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)進(jin)一步下降(jiang)(jiang)。因(yin)此,當系統無功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)不足(zu)時,應先安裝或投(tou)入無功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)補償(chang)設備,使(shi)系統的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)無功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)容量具有(you)(you)一定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)冗(rong)余度。

需要指(zhi)出的(de)(de)是,當電力系統無功功率不(bu)足時,希望不(bu)要通過調整干式變壓器的(de)(de)抽(chou)頭來提高或降低電壓

統的無功,它只能改變系統的無功功率分布。為此,不能通過改變干式變壓器的電壓比來進行調壓。因為改變干式變壓器的電壓比從本質上講并沒有增加系統的的無功功率,這樣以減少其他地方的無功功率來補充某個地方由于無功功率不足而造成的電壓低下,其他地方則有可能因此而造成無功功率嚴重不足,不能根本性解決整個電力網的電壓質量問題,因此,在整個系統普遍缺少無功的情況下,應先先考慮投入一定容量的無功補償裝置,若用改變主干式變壓器分接頭的辦法來提高用戶的電壓水平,其效果是不十分理想的。
