1.2.5整流牽引變壓器:(1)整流勵磁變壓器:水力發電廠的勵磁變壓器逐漸被干式變壓器取代,高低壓繞組電壓等級一般為20kV/1kV,一般采用單相結構,高壓封閉母線進線。順德特種干式變壓器廠為長江三峽研制了世界上較大的84萬千瓦發電機,并獲得勵磁變壓器,1999年底通過家驗收,單相容量3000千伏安。近年來,火電廠的勵磁已由動態變為靜態——采用干式變壓器作為勵磁變壓器。(2)冶金電爐變壓器:以低(di)壓(ya)(ya)大(da)電(dian)流(liu)為特(te)點(dian),如江西貴冶生產(chan)的(de)(de)(de)3500千伏安(an)干(gan)(gan)(gan)式(shi)(shi)(shi)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),低(di)壓(ya)(ya)相電(dian)流(liu)超過(guo)2萬安(an).(3)牽引變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi):適(shi)用(yong)于城(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)地鐵、軌道(dao)交通(tong)的(de)(de)(de)干(gan)(gan)(gan)式(shi)(shi)(shi)牽引變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),隨(sui)(sui)著城(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)軌道(dao)交通(tong)的(de)(de)(de)發展(zhan)得到廣泛應(ying)用(yong)。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)有(you)10、20、35kV三個等(deng)級。從12脈整流(liu)到24脈整流(liu),減少諧波(bo)污染;容量有(you)800、2500、3300kVA等(deng)。1.3未來展(zhan)望隨(sui)(sui)著干(gan)(gan)(gan)式(shi)(shi)(shi)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)推廣應(ying)用(yong),干(gan)(gan)(gan)式(shi)(shi)(shi)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)制造技術(shu)也(ye)取得了很(hen)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)進步。可(ke)以預見,未來干(gan)(gan)(gan)式(shi)(shi)(shi)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)將在以下幾個方面得到進一步發展(zhan)。(1)節能(neng)低(di)噪聲:新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)低(di)消耗硅鋼片、箔繞結構、階梯式(shi)(shi)(shi)鐵芯接(jie)頭(tou)、環保(bao)(bao)要(yao)求、深入(ru)的(de)(de)(de)噪聲研(yan)究(jiu),以及新(xin)(xin)材料(liao)、新(xin)(xin)工藝、新(xin)(xin)技術(shu)如計算(suan)機優(you)化設(she)計的(de)(de)(de)引入(ru),將使未來的(de)(de)(de)干(gan)(gan)(gan)式(shi)(shi)(shi)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)更加節能(neng)、更加安(an)靜。(2)高可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing):提高產(chan)品質量和可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)將是人(ren)們不懈的(de)(de)(de)追求。引進技術(shu)消化吸(xi)收后(hou),將在電(dian)磁場計算(suan)、波(bo)動過(guo)程、澆注過(guo)程、熱點(dian)溫升(sheng)、局部放電(dian)機理(li)、質量保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)體系(xi)、可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)工程等(deng)方面開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)大(da)量基礎(chu)研(yan)究(jiu)。并將積極(ji)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)認證(zheng)(zheng),進一步提高干(gan)(gan)(gan)改的(de)(de)(de)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)。(3)環保(bao)(bao)特(te)性(xing)認證(zheng)(zheng):以歐洲標準HD464為基礎(chu),進行干(gan)(gan)(gan)式(shi)(shi)(shi)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)耐氣候(C0、C1、C2)、耐環境(E0、E1、E2)、耐火(F0、F1、F2)的(de)(de)(de)研(yan)究(jiu)和認證(zheng)(zheng)。(4)大(da)容量:50 ~ 2500千伏安(an)干(gan)(gan)(gan)式(shi)(shi)(shi)配電(dian)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)至(zhi)10000~2

0000kVA/35kV電力干式變壓器拓展,隨著城市用電負荷不斷增加,城網區域變電所越來越深入城市中心區、居民小區、大型廠礦等負荷中心,35kV大容量的小區中心供電電力干式變壓器將獲廣泛應用。 (5)多功能組合:從單一干式變壓器向帶風冷、保護外殼、溫度計算機接口、零序互感器、功率計量、封閉母線、側出線等多功能組合式干式變壓器發展。 (6)多領域發展:從以配電干式變壓器為主,向發電站廠用變、勵磁變、地鐵牽引整流干式變壓器、大電流電爐變、核電站、船用及采油平臺用等特種干式變壓器及多用途領域發展。2.干式變壓器的特點 (1)無油、無污染、難燃阻燃、自熄防火。 (2)絕緣溫升等級高:F級絕緣,干式變壓器溫升可達100K。 (3)損耗低、效率高:SC(B)9系列損耗比現行新標(GB/T10228)降低10%。 (4)噪聲小:SC(B)9系列配電干式變壓器通常可控制在50dB以下。 (5)局部放電量小(通常在10PC以下),可靠性高,可保證長期安全運行,壽命可達30年。 (6)抗裂、抗溫度變化,機械強度高,抗突發短路能力強。 (7)防潮性能好,可在100%濕度下正常運行,停運后不需干燥處理即可投入運行。 (8)體積小、重量輕,據有關人士統計,油變的外形尺寸為干變的2倍多。 (9)不需單先的干式變壓器室,不需吊芯檢修及承重梁,節約土建占地和占空;因無油,不會產生有毒氣體,不會對環境造成污染,不要集油坑等附屬建筑,減少了土建造價。 (10)安裝便捷,無須調試,幾乎不需維護;無須更換和檢查油料,運行維護成本低。 (11)配備有完善的溫度保護控制系統,為干式變壓器安全運行提供可靠保障。 從低噪、節能、防火、節省土建造價、運行維護管理費以及長達30年的壽命等綜合技術經濟性能比較,干式變壓器顯現出其明顯的優越性。3.干式變壓器的設計選型3.1干式變壓器的冷卻方式 干式變壓器冷卻方式分為自然空氣冷卻(AN)和強迫空氣冷卻(AF)。自然空冷(AN)時,正常使用條件下,干式變壓器可在額定容量下長期連續運行。強迫風冷(AF)時,正常使用條件下,干式變壓器輸出容量可提高50%,適用于斷續過負荷運行,或應急事故過負荷運行;由于過負荷時負載損耗和阻抗電壓增幅較大,處于非經濟運行狀態,故不應使其處于長時間連續過負荷運行。 對自然空冷(AN)和強迫風冷(AF)的干式變壓器,均需保證干式變壓器室具有良好的通風能力。當干式變壓器安裝在地下室或通風能力較差環境時,須增設散熱通風裝置,通風量可按每1kW損耗(PO+PK)需2~4m3/min風量選取。 新型的簾式風機風冷系統噪音降低,冷卻均勻,效果好;體積小,占用空間小,不超出干式變壓器本體外形輪廓尺寸;風機容量小,2500kVA以下的配電干式變壓器風機只180W~540W,且采用單相AC220V電源。但需注意此電源應從低壓MCC或PC配電屏內之斷路器引取,而不能直接從干式變壓器低壓出線母排接取。3.2干式變壓器的過載能力 干式變壓器的過載能力與環境溫度、過載前的負載情況(起始負載)、干式變壓器的絕緣散熱情況、發熱時間常數等有關。若有需要,可向生產廠索取干變的過負荷曲線。如何利用其過載能力呢?筆者提出兩點供設計人員參考: (1)選擇計算干式變壓器容量時可適當減小:充分考慮某些軋鋼、焊接等設備短時沖擊過負荷的可能性-盡量利用干式變壓器的較強過載能力而減小干式變壓器容量;對某些不均勻負荷的場所,如供夜間照明等為主的居民區、文化娛樂設施、以供空調和白天照明為主的商場等,可充分利用其過載能力,使其主運行時間處于滿載或短時過載,這樣就可以在計算、選配容量時,適當減小干式變壓器容量。 (2)可減少備用容量或臺數:在某些場所,對干式變壓器的備用系數要求較高,使得工程選配的干式變壓器容量大、臺數多。而利用干變的過載能力,在考慮其備用容量時可予以壓縮;在確定備用臺數時亦可減少。例如,設計計算容量Sjs30=1400kVA時,可選配2臺(而不用選配3臺)1000kVA干式變壓器。當其中1臺故障須退出運行時,另1臺可以應急承擔整個負荷;若負荷重,溫度超過110℃時,強迫風冷系統將自動投入,可使其過載能力提高到1.4~1.5倍。干式變壓器處于過載運行時,一定要注意監測其運行溫度:若溫度上升達155℃(有報警發出)即應采取減載措施(減去某些次要負荷),以確保對主要負荷的安全供電;而當處理好故障,應迅即投入停運的干式變壓器,恢復系統正常運行。3.3干式變壓器的防護方式 根據使用環境特征及防護要求,干式變壓器可選擇不同的外殼。通常選用IP20防護外殼,可防止直徑大于12mm的固體異物進入,為帶電部分提供安全屏障。可防止小動物(鼠、蛇、貓、雀等)進入,造成短路停電等惡性故障。若須將干式變壓器安裝在戶外,則可選用IP23防護外殼,除上述IP20防護功能外,更可防止與垂直線成60°角以內的水滴入。但IP23外殼會使干式變壓器冷卻能力下降,選用時要注意其運行容量的降低:容量較小的下降約5%,容量較大的下降約10%。 工廠通常提供的是鋁合金外殼,美觀耐用,各生產廠都可根據客戶的實際需要提供各種防護等級、各類材質(如鋁合金、鋼板等)的防護外殼。若干式變壓器不帶外殼,通常可以IP00防護表示。3.4干式變壓器的溫度控制系統 干式變壓器的安全運行和使用壽命,很大程度上取決于干式變壓器繞組絕緣的安全可靠。繞組溫度超過絕緣耐受溫度使絕緣破壞,是導致干式變壓器不能正常工作的主要原因之一,因此對干式變壓器的運行溫度的監測及其報警控制是十分重要的。今對TTC-300系列溫控系統作一簡介:參見圖1.3.4.1風機自動控制:通過預埋在低壓繞組較熱處的Pt100熱敏測溫電阻測取溫度信號。干式變壓器負荷增大,運行溫度上升,當繞組溫度達某一數值(此值可調,對F級絕緣干變一般整定為110℃)時,系統自動啟動風機冷卻;當繞組溫度降低至某一數值(此值也可調,對F級絕緣干變一般整定在90℃)時,系統自動停止風機。3.4.2超溫報警、跳閘:通過預埋在低壓繞組中的PTC非線性熱敏測溫電阻采集繞組或鐵心溫度信號。當干式變壓器繞組溫度繼續升高,若達到某一高溫度值(此值也可根據工程設計調整,通常整定在F級絕緣所標稱溫度155℃)時,系統輸出超溫報警信號;若溫度繼續上升達某值(此值也可按工程設計調整,通常整定在170℃),干式變壓器已不能繼續運行,須向二次保護回路輸送超溫跳閘信號,應使干式變壓器迅即跳閘。3.4.3溫度顯示系統:通過預埋在低壓繞組中的Pt100熱敏電阻測取溫度變化值,直接顯示各相繞組溫度(三相巡檢及較大值顯示,并可記錄歷史較高溫度),可將較高溫度以4~20mA模擬量輸出,若需傳輸至遠方(距離可達1200m)計算機,可加配RS232C計算機接口。系統的超溫報警、跳閘也可由Pt100熱敏傳感電阻信號動作,進一步提高溫控保護系統的可靠性。 若工程需要,為確保溫顯計算機訊號的可靠傳輸,可將TTC-300溫控器分由兩路電源提供:風機及其控制回路可由MCC屏提供;溫顯Pt100傳感系統則可由PC柜UPC電#p#分頁標題#e#
