低壓配電系統在施工現場的應用
低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)統在施工現場的應(ying)用根據現行(xing)家(jia)標準《低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)(she)計規范(fan)》 (GB50054)的定義,低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)統分為三種類型,即(ji)總氮、TT和信息技術。其中(zhong)(zhong)較好個大(da)寫字母t表示(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力干(gan)式(shi)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)性點(dian)直接(jie)接(jie)地(di)(di)(di);我的意思是干(gan)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的中(zhong)(zhong)性點(dian)不(bu)接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(或通過高(gao)阻接(jie)地(di)(di)(di))。第二個大(da)寫字母t表示(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)設(she)(she)備外殼直接(jie)接(jie)地(di)(di)(di),但(dan)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)系(xi)(xi)統無(wu)連(lian)接(jie);n表示(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)設(she)(she)備外殼與系(xi)(xi)統接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)中(zhong)(zhong)性線(xian)連(lian)接(jie)。TN系(xi)(xi)統:干(gan)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)性點(dian)接(jie)地(di)(di)(di),設(she)(she)備裸(luo)露(lu)部分接(jie)零線(xian)。Tt系(xi)(xi)統:電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力干(gan)式(shi)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)性點(dian)接(jie)地(di)(di)(di),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)設(she)(she)備外殼保(bao)護接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)。It系(xi)(xi)統:電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力干(gan)式(shi)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)性點(dian)不(bu)接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(或高(gao)阻接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)設(she)(she)備外殼保(bao)護接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)。
1.TN電(dian)力系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)干式電(dian)力變壓(ya)器(qi)中(zhong)性點(dian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di),根據電(dian)氣設備(bei)外露導(dao)電(dian)部分與(yu)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)連接(jie)(jie)(jie)方式的不(bu)同,可分為三類(lei):TN-c系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、TN-s系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)和(he)TN-c-s系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)。以下分別介(jie)紹。1.1.TN-c系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的特(te)點(dian)是電(dian)力干式變壓(ya)器(qi)中(zhong)性點(dian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di),保(bao)護(hu)零(ling)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(pe)與(yu)工(gong)作零(ling)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(n)共用(yong)。(1)利用(yong)中(zhong)性點(dian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的中(zhong)性線(xian)(xian)(xian)(零(ling)線(xian)(xian)(xian))作為故障(zhang)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)的回(hui)流(liu)(liu)(liu)導(dao)體。當電(dian)氣設備(bei)的相(xiang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)觸(chu)到外殼(ke)時,故障(zhang)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)通過(guo)(guo)零(ling)線(xian)(xian)(xian)回(hui)到中(zhong)性點(dian)。由于(yu)短(duan)路電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)大,可以用(yong)過(guo)(guo)流(liu)(liu)(liu)保(bao)護(hu)器(qi)切斷電(dian)源。TN-C系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)般采用(yong)零(ling)序電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)保(bao)護(hu);(2) TN-C系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)適用(yong)于(yu)三相(xiang)負(fu)荷基本平(ping)衡的情況(kuang)。如果(guo)三相(xiang)負(fu)載不(bu)平(ping)衡,PEN線(xian)(xian)(xian)會有(you)不(bu)平(ping)衡電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu),加上一(yi)(yi)些負(fu)載設備(bei)引起的諧波(bo)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)也會注入PEN,使(shi)中(zhong)性線(xian)(xian)(xian)N帶電(dian),很可能高(gao)于(yu)50 V,不(bu)僅(jin)會使(shi)設備(bei)外殼(ke)帶電(dian),還(huan)會造成人身不(bu)安全,無法獲得穩定的參考電(dian)位;(3) TN-C系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)應反復接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)PEN線(xian)(xian)(xian),當接(jie)(jie)(jie)零(ling)設備(bei)與(yu)外殼(ke)接(jie)(jie)(jie)觸(chu)時,可有(you)效(xiao)降低零(ling)線(xian)(xian)(xian)對地(di)電(dian)壓(ya)。
從上(shang)面可以(yi)看出,TN-C系統(tong)存在以(yi)下缺陷:
(1)三相負載(zai)不平(ping)(ping)衡時,零(ling)線(xian)(xian)上出現(xian)不平(ping)(ping)衡電(dian)流,零(ling)線(xian)(xian)對地呈(cheng)現(xian)電(dian)壓。三相負載(zai)嚴重不平(ping)(ping)衡時,觸碰零(ling)線(xian)(xian)可能(neng)導致觸電(dian)。
(2)通(tong)過漏電保護開(kai)關的零線只(zhi)能(neng)作(zuo)為工作(zuo)零線,不能(neng)作(zuo)為電氣設備的保護零線,這是由漏電開(kai)關的工作(zuo)原理決定的。
(3)帶兩極(ji)漏(lou)電(dian)保(bao)護開關的單相電(dian)氣設備,如TN-C系統中其金屬外(wai)殼(ke)的保(bao)護零(ling)線(xian),嚴禁(jin)與電(dian)路(lu)的工作(zuo)零(ling)線(xian)連接,不允許與漏(lou)電(dian)保(bao)護開關前的PEN線(xian)連接,但在使用中容易(yi)接錯。
(4)、重復接地(di)裝置的連接線(xian),嚴禁(jin)通過漏電開關與工作零線(xian)連接。
TN-S供電(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)統將工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)零線(xian)(xian)與(yu)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)零線(xian)(xian)完全分開(kai),從而克服了TN-C供電(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)統的缺陷(xian),因此TN-C系(xi)(xi)統在施工(gong)(gong)現場不(bu)再使用。1.2.總(zong)氮-硫系(xi)(xi)統的中性線(xian)(xian)和保(bao)護(hu)(hu)線(xian)(xian)是分開(kai)的。(1)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)設備相線(xian)(xian)接觸外殼(ke)直接短路時(shi),可由過(guo)流(liu)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)器切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)源;(2)N線(xian)(xian)斷(duan)開(kai)時(shi),如三相負荷不(bu)平衡,中性點電(dian)(dian)位升高,但外殼(ke)無(wu)電(dian)(dian)位,PE線(xian)(xian)無(wu)電(dian)(dian)位;(3)TN-S系(xi)(xi)統中的PE線(xian)(xian)頭端應做重復接地,以減少PE線(xian)(xian)斷(duan)線(xian)(xian)帶(dai)來的危險。

目前,總氮(dan)-硫系(xi)統基本上用于只(zhi)使用一(yi)個(ge)干式變壓器(qi)供電的建筑工地(di)或變電站靠近一(yi)氧化碳的地(di)方
(1)、保(bao)護零線(xian)(xian)絕(jue)對不允(yun)許(xu)斷開。否則接零設備(bei)帶(dai)電(dian)部(bu)分打(da)殼或漏電(dian)時(shi),不會形成單相回路,電(dian)源不會自動切斷,會產生(sheng)兩種后果:一(yi)是接零設備(bei)失去安全保(bao)護;二(er)是后面其他完(wan)好無損的(de)接零設備(bei)外(wai)殼帶(dai)電(dian),造成電(dian)器設備(bei)外(wai)殼大范圍帶(dai)電(dian),產生(sheng)可怕的(de)觸(chu)電(dian)威脅。所(suo)以《JGJ46-88施工(gong)現場臨時(shi)用電(dian)安全技(ji)術(shu)規(gui)范》中規(gui)定了特殊保(bao)護線(xian)(xian)必須先尾反復(fu)接地。
(2)、同一電(dian)力系統中(zhong)的電(dian)氣設備(bei)絕(jue)對不允(yun)許(xu)部分接(jie)(jie)地。否則,當有保護(hu)接(jie)(jie)地的設備(bei)發生漏電(dian)時,中(zhong)性接(jie)(jie)地線的電(dian)位會升高,導(dao)致所有有保護(hu)接(jie)(jie)地的設備(bei)外(wai)殼帶電(dian)。
(3)保(bao)(bao)護接(jie)(jie)(jie)零用PE線(xian)的(de)(de)材質和連(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)要求:保(bao)(bao)護接(jie)(jie)(jie)零線(xian)的(de)(de)截面(mian)應(ying)(ying)不小(xiao)于(yu)工作接(jie)(jie)(jie)零線(xian)的(de)(de)截面(mian),應(ying)(ying)采用黃/綠雙色線(xian)。與(yu)電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)設(she)備連(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)保(bao)(bao)護零線(xian)應(ying)(ying)為截面(mian)不小(xiao)于(yu)2.5mm2的(de)(de)絕緣(yuan)多股(gu)銅(tong)線(xian),保(bao)(bao)護零線(xian)與(yu)電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)設(she)備的(de)(de)連(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)應(ying)(ying)與(yu)銅(tong)頭可靠連(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie),不得鉸接(jie)(jie)(jie)。電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)設(she)備的(de)(de)端子(zi)應(ying)(ying)鍍鋅或(huo)涂防(fang)腐脂,保(bao)(bao)護零線(xian)應(ying)(ying)通過配電(dian)箱內的(de)(de)端子(zi)板連(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie),其(qi)他地方不得有接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭。1.3 TN-c-s系(xi)(xi)統(tong)由兩個(ge)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地系(xi)(xi)統(tong)組(zu)成,較好部分(fen)為TN-c系(xi)(xi)統(tong),第(di)二部分(fen)為TN-s系(xi)(xi)統(tong),其(qi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)口在n線(xian)與(yu)PE線(xian)的(de)(de)連(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)點處(chu)。(1)電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)設(she)備遇到單相外(wai)殼碰(peng)撞時,與(yu)TN-s系(xi)(xi)統(tong)相同(tong);(2)N線(xian)斷線(xian)時,故(gu)障與(yu)TN-S系(xi)(xi)統(tong)相同(tong);(3)TN-C-S系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中的(de)(de)筆應(ying)(ying)反復接(jie)(jie)(jie)地,而N線(xian)不應(ying)(ying)反復接(jie)(jie)(jie)地。通過PE線(xian)連(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)設(she)備外(wai)殼在正常運行時不會帶電(dian),因(yin)此(ci)TN-C-S系(xi)(xi)統(tong)提高了操作人員(yuan)和設(she)備的(de)(de)安全性。一(yi)般情況(kuang)下,當變電(dian)站(zhan)遠離(li)現場或(huo)沒有專用干(gan)式變壓器施工時,采用TN-C-S系(xi)(xi)統(tong)。
2.TT供電系統
電(dian)源中(zhong)性點(dian)(dian)直接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)地,電(dian)氣設備(bei)裸露的(de)導電(dian)部(bu)分通過PE線與接(jie)(jie)地極(ji)相連(此接(jie)(jie)地極(ji)與中(zhong)性點(dian)(dian)接(jie)(jie)地無電(dian)氣連接(jie)(jie))
在
采(cai)用(yong)(yong)此系統(tong)(tong)保(bao)護時,當一個設(she)(she)備(bei)發生漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)故障(zhang),設(she)(she)備(bei)金屬(shu)外(wai)(wai)殼所帶的(de)(de)(de)(de)故障(zhang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)較(jiao)大(da),而(er)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)較(jiao)小,不利(li)于(yu)(yu)保(bao)護開(kai)關(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)動作(zuo),對人和(he)設(she)(she)備(bei)有危害。為消除T系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)缺(que)陷,提高(gao)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)安全(quan)保(bao)障(zhang)可靠性(xing),根據并聯(lian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)原理(li),特提出完善TT系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)技術革新(xin)。技術革新(xin)內容(rong)是(shi):用(yong)(yong)不小于(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)零線(xian)(xian)(xian)截(jie)面的(de)(de)(de)(de)綠/黃(huang)雙色(se)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(簡稱PT線(xian)(xian)(xian)),并聯(lian)總配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)箱、分(fen)(fen)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)箱、主要機械設(she)(she)備(bei)下(xia)(xia)埋設(she)(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)4-5組(zu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)保(bao)護接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)線(xian)(xian)(xian)為保(bao)護地(di)(di)線(xian)(xian)(xian),用(yong)(yong)綠/黃(huang)雙色(se)線(xian)(xian)(xian)連接(jie)(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)設(she)(she)備(bei)金屬(shu)外(wai)(wai)殼。它有下(xia)(xia)列優點:1)單(dan)相接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)的(de)(de)(de)(de)故障(zhang)點對地(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)較(jiao)低,故障(zhang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)較(jiao)大(da),使漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)護器迅速(su)動作(zuo)切斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,有利(li)于(yu)(yu)防(fang)止(zhi)觸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)事故發生。2)PT線(xian)(xian)(xian)不與中性(xing)線(xian)(xian)(xian)相聯(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie),線(xian)(xian)(xian)路架設(she)(she)分(fen)(fen)明、直觀,不會(hui)有接(jie)(jie)(jie)錯線(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)事故隱患;幾個施工(gong)單(dan)位同時施工(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)工(gong)地(di)(di)可以分(fen)(fen)片、分(fen)(fen)單(dan)位設(she)(she)置PT線(xian)(xian)(xian),有利(li)于(yu)(yu)安全(quan)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)管理(li)和(he)節(jie)約導線(xian)(xian)(xian)用(yong)(yong)量。3)不用(yong)(yong)每臺電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)設(she)(she)備(bei)下(xia)(xia)埋設(she)(she)重復(fu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)線(xian)(xian)(xian),可以節(jie)約埋設(she)(she)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)線(xian)(xian)(xian)費用(yong)(yong)開(kai)支,也有利(li)于(yu)(yu)提高(gao)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)線(xian)(xian)(xian)質量并保(bao)證接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)≤10Ω,用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)安全(quan)保(bao)護更(geng)可靠。#p#分(fen)(fen)頁標(biao)題(ti)#e#TT系(xi)統(tong)在(zai)外被(bei)廣泛應用(yong),在(zai)內(nei)僅限于局部對接(jie)地要(yao)求高的電子設(she)備場合,目(mu)前(qian)在(zai)施工現(xian)場一般不采用(yong)此系(xi)統(tong)。但(dan)如果是公用(yong)干式變壓器(qi),而(er)有其(qi)它(ta)使(shi)用(yong)者(zhe)使(shi)用(yong)的是TT系(xi)統(tong),則施工現(xian)場也應采用(yong)此系(xi)統(tong)。
3、IT系統 電力系統的帶電部(bu)分(fen)與大(da)地(di)間無(wu)直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)連接(jie)(jie)(或經電阻接(jie)(jie)地(di)),而受(shou)電設備的外(wai)露(lu)導電部(bu)分(fen)則通過保護線直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)地(di)。
這種系統(tong)主要用于10KV及35KV的(de)高壓系統(tong)和礦(kuang)山、井下的(de)某(mou)些低壓供電系統(tong),不適合在施工現場應用。
建設(she)部新頒(ban)發(fa)的(de)(de)《建筑(zhu)施(shi)工(gong)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)檢查標準》(JGJ59-99)規定:施(shi)工(gong)現(xian)場(chang)專用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)點直接(jie)(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)力(li)系統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)必須采用(yong)(yong)(yong)TN-S接(jie)(jie)(jie)零保(bao)(bao)(bao)護系統(tong)(tong)。因此(ci),TN-S接(jie)(jie)(jie)零保(bao)(bao)(bao)護系統(tong)(tong)在施(shi)工(gong)現(xian)場(chang)中(zhong)(zhong)得到了廣(guang)(guang)泛的(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong),但如(ru)果PE線(xian)發(fa)生(sheng)斷(duan)裂或與電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)設(she)備未做(zuo)好(hao)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)連接(jie)(jie)(jie),重復接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)阻值達不到安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),也同樣(yang)會發(fa)生(sheng)觸電(dian)(dian)事故,為了提(ti)(ti)高TN-S接(jie)(jie)(jie)零保(bao)(bao)(bao)護系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)性(xing),在此(ci)提(ti)(ti)出等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)電(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)聯(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)概(gai)念。所謂等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)電(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)聯(lian)(lian)結,是(shi)將電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)設(she)備外露可導(dao)電(dian)(dian)部分與系統(tong)(tong)外可導(dao)電(dian)(dian)部分(如(ru)混凝(ning)土中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)主(zhu)筋、各種金屬管(guan)(guan)道等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng))通(tong)過(guo)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護零線(xian)(PE線(xian))作(zuo)實(shi)質上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)連接(jie)(jie)(jie),使二者的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)趨(qu)于相等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)。應(ying)注意差異,即等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)電(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)聯(lian)(lian)結線(xian)正常時(shi)無電(dian)(dian)流通(tong)過(guo),只傳(chuan)遞電(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei),故障時(shi)才有電(dian)(dian)流通(tong)過(guo)。等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)電(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)聯(lian)(lian)結的(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。(1)總等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)電(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)聯(lian)(lian)結能(neng)降低預期接(jie)(jie)(jie)觸電(dian)(dian)壓;(2)總等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)電(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)聯(lian)(lian)結能(neng)消除裝置外沿PE線(xian)傳(chuan)導(dao)故障電(dian)(dian)壓帶來的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)擊危險。因此(ci)施(shi)工(gong)現(xian)場(chang)也應(ying)逐(zhu)步推(tui)廣(guang)(guang)該技術。當然,無論采取何種接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)形(xing)式都絕(jue)不是(shi)萬(wan)無一失(shi)絕(jue)對安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)。施(shi)工(gong)現(xian)場(chang)臨時(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)必須嚴格按JGJ46-2005規范要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)進行系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)設(she)置和漏電(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護器(qi)的(de)(de)使用(yong)(yong)(yong),嚴格履行施(shi)工(gong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)設(she)計、驗(yan)收制度,規范管(guan)(guan)理,才能(neng)杜絕(jue)事故的(de)(de)發(fa)生(sheng)。
