(4)為了找(zhao)出產生(sheng)氣體(ti)的(de)真正(zheng)原因,避免非(fei)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)原因造成的(de)誤判,還應(ying)充分了解被診(zhen)斷的(de)干(gan)式變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)結構、制造、安裝運行、維護和輔(fu)助(zhu)設備(bei),并結合色譜分析數據(ju)進行綜合分析,從(cong)而正(zheng)確診(zhen)斷干(gan)式變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)是(shi)否有故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)。3.2用三比值(zhi)法(五種特征氣體(ti)的(de)三個比較值(zhi))診(zhen)斷干(gan)式變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)類型(1)三比值(zhi)法的(de)編(bian)碼規則和判斷方(fang)法見表1和表2。

(2)應(ying)用(yong)三(san)比(bi)值(zhi)法的(de)(de)注(zhu)意事項(xiang)只(zhi)有(you)根據各組分含(han)量的(de)(de)注(zhu)意值(zhi)或(huo)產氣(qi)率(lv)的(de)(de)注(zhu)意值(zhi)有(you)理由判斷(duan)可(ke)能(neng)發(fa)生的(de)(de)故(gu)障時,才(cai)能(neng)進一步(bu)用(yong)三(san)比(bi)值(zhi)法判斷(duan)故(gu)障的(de)(de)性(xing)質,但(dan)該(gai)比(bi)值(zhi)對(dui)(dui)于(yu)氣(qi)體含(han)量正常的(de)(de)干(gan)式變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)是沒有(you)意義的(de)(de)。表2中每(mei)個故(gu)障對(dui)(dui)應(ying)一組比(bi)值(zhi)。對(dui)(dui)于(yu)多個故(gu)障的(de)(de)聯合作用(yong),可(ke)能(neng)找不到(dao)對(dui)(dui)應(ying)的(de)(de)比(bi)值(zhi)組合。實際(ji)工作中可(ke)能(neng)會(hui)出(chu)現表2未包括的(de)(de)比(bi)率(lv)組合,部(bu)分組合的(de)(de)判斷(duan)需要進一步(bu)研(yan)究分析。例如,121或(huo)122對(dui)(dui)應(ying)于(yu)過熱和(he)放電共存的(de)(de)一些情(qing)況;202或(huo)201對(dui)(dui)于(yu)帶有(you)載調壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)干(gan)式變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),還應(ying)考慮開關油室可(ke)能(neng)泄漏到(dao)干(gan)式變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)油箱的(de)(de)情(qing)況。

3.3用平衡(heng)判(pan)據(ju)法(fa)診(zhen)斷(duan)干式變壓器故障類型(xing)(1)通過(guo)分析(xi)比(bi)較油(you)中溶(rong)解(jie)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)和氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)繼電器中游離氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)濃度,可(ke)(ke)以(yi)判(pan)斷(duan)游離氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)和溶(rong)解(jie)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)是否平衡(heng),進而判(pan)斷(duan)故障的(de)持續時間。(2)利(li)用各(ge)組分(I)的(de)奧斯(si)瓦(wa)爾德系數(Ki),我(wo)們可(ke)(ke)以(yi)計算(suan)出油(you)中溶(rong)解(jie)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)各(ge)組分的(de)理(li)(li)論值(zhi)(zhi)(Coi),或者(zhe)由油(you)中溶(rong)解(jie)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)各(ge)組分的(de)值(zhi)(zhi)(Coi)計算(suan)出游離氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)各(ge)組分的(de)理(li)(li)論值(zhi)(zhi)(Cgi),然后進行比(bi)較。當氣(qi)相(xiang)和液相(xiang)達到平衡(heng)時,對(dui)于特定的(de)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti),COI=KI * CGI。當理(li)(li)論值(zhi)(zhi)與(yu)實(shi)測值(zhi)(zhi)近似相(xiang)等(deng)時,可(ke)(ke)認為氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)在(zai)平衡(heng)閾值(zhi)(zhi)以(yi)下釋(shi)放。這里有兩種可(ke)(ke)能:一種是故障氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)各(ge)成分含量很小,說明設(she)備正(zheng)常;另一種是溶(rong)解(jie)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)含量略高于游離氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)含量,這意味著設(she)備產氣(qi)緩慢(man)

的潛伏性故障。 ②如果氣體繼電器中的故障氣體含量明顯超過溶解氣體含量,則說明釋放氣體較多,設備存在產生氣體較快的故障。4 干式變壓器故障診斷的步驟 (1)將試驗結果中的幾項主要指標,如:總烴、甲烷、乙炔、氫氣等,與油中溶解氣體含量注意值進行比較,同時注意進行產氣速率與總烴產氣速率注意值的比較,短期內各種氣體含量迅速增加,但尚未超過油中溶解氣體含量注意值,也可判為內部有異常情況;有的設備因某種原因氣體含量基值較高,超過其對應設備油中溶解氣體含量注意值,但增長速率低于其產氣速率注意值,仍可認為屬正常設備。 (2)當認為設備內部存在故障時,可用三比值法對故障的類型作出判斷。 (3)在氣體繼電器內出現氣體的情況下,應將繼電器內氣樣的分析結果按平衡判據,與油中取出氣體的分析結果作比較。  (4)根據上述結果及其他檢查性試驗數據,如:測量繞組直流電阻空載特性試驗、絕緣試驗、局部放電試驗和測量微量水分等結果,并結合該設備的結構、運行、檢修等情況,綜合分析、判斷故障的性質及部位,依據具體情況對設備采取不同的處理措施,包括縮短試驗周期、加強跟蹤監視、限制負荷、近期安排內部檢查、立即停止設備運行等。通過合理安排檢修、落實針對性措施,防止設備損壞事故的發生,避免非計劃停運,確保設備安全運行。5 結束語 干式變壓器是電廠中的重要設備之一。雖配有避雷器、差動、接地等多重保護,但由于內部結構復雜、電場及熱場不均等諸多因素,事故率仍很高,惡性事故和重大損失也時有發生。因此,利用先進在線監測設備,開展氣相色譜分析,實行狀態維護模式與檢修,對防止油質劣化和早期診斷干式變壓器潛伏性故障具有積極的作用,可保證電力供應更加安全可靠。
