鐵芯局部過熱而損壞線圈絕緣。 b.鐵芯與夾板之間有金屬異物或金屬粉末,在電磁力的作用下形成“金屬橋”,引起多點接地。 c.鐵芯與夾板之間的絕緣受潮或多處損傷,導致鐵芯與夾板有多點出現低電阻接地。1.3.2 鐵芯硅鋼片短路 雖然硅鋼片之間涂有絕緣漆,但其絕緣電阻小,只能隔斷渦流而不能阻止高壓感應電流。當硅鋼片表面上的絕緣漆因運行年久,絕緣自然老化或損傷后,將產生很大的渦流損耗,增加鐵芯局部發熱,使高、低繞組溫升加劇,造成干式變壓器繞組絕緣擊穿短路而燒毀。因此,對配電干式變壓器應定期進行吊芯檢測,發現絕緣超標時,及時處理。1.4 雷擊與諧振1.4.1 雷擊過電壓 配電干式變壓器的高低壓線路大多是由架空線路引入,在山區、林地、平原受雷擊的幾率較高,線路遭雷擊時,在干式變壓器繞組上將產生高于額定電壓幾十倍以上的沖擊電壓,倘若安裝在配電干式變壓器高低壓出線套管處的避雷器不能進行有效保護或本身存在某些隱患,如避雷器未投入運行或未按時進行預防性試驗,避雷器接地不良,接地線路電阻超標等,則配電干式變壓器遭雷擊損壞將難以避免。1.4.2 系統發生鐵磁諧振 農網中10 kV配電線路由于長短、對地距離、導線規格不一,從而具備形成過電壓的條件。在這些農網中,小型干式變壓器、電焊機、調速機較多,使得10k V配電系統的某些電氣參數發生很大變化,導致系統出現諧振。每諧振一次,干式變壓器電流激增一次,此時除了造成干式變壓器一次側熔斷器熔斷外,還將損壞干式變壓器繞組。個別情況下,還會引起干式變壓器套管發生閃絡或爆炸。1.5 二次側短路 當干式變壓器發生二次側短路、接地等故障時,二次側將產生高于額定電流20~30倍的短路電流,而在一次側必然要產生很大的電流來抵消二次側短路電流的消磁作用,如此大的電流作用于高電壓繞組上,線圈內部將產生很大的機械應力,致使線圈壓縮,其絕緣襯墊、墊板就會松動脫落,鐵芯夾板螺絲松弛,高壓線圈畸變或崩裂,導致干式變壓器在很短的時間內燒毀。1.6 一/二次熔體選擇不當 配電干式變壓器一/二次通常采用熔絲保護,因為熔絲是用于保護干式變壓器的一/二次出線套管、二次配線和干式變壓器的內部線路,所以若熔斷電流選擇過大,將起不到保護作用。若熔斷電流選擇過小,則在正常運行狀況下極易熔斷,造成用戶供電的中斷,此時,若三相熔絲只熔斷一相,則對用戶造成的危害更大。 因此,在正常使用中,熔絲的選擇標準為:一次側熔絲熔斷電流為干式變壓器一次額定電流的1.5~2倍;二次側熔絲熔斷電流為干式變壓器二次側額定電流。1.7 其它 a.由于干式變壓器的一/二次側引出均為銅螺桿,而架空線路一般都采用鋁芯導線,銅鋁之間在外界因素的影響下,極易氧化腐蝕。在電離的作用下,銅鋁之間形成氧化膜,接觸電阻增大,使引線處銅螺桿、螺帽、引線燒毀。 b.套管閃絡放電也是干式變壓器常見異常之一。造成此種異常的原因有:制造中有隱傷或安裝中碰傷;膠珠老化滲油后遇到空氣中的導電金屬塵埃吸附在套管表面,當遇到潮濕天氣、系統諧振、雷擊過電壓等,就會發生套管閃絡放電或爆炸。 c.在檢修或安裝過程中,緊固或松動干式變壓器引出線螺帽時,導電螺桿跟著轉動,導致一次側線圈引線斷線或二次側引出的軟銅片相碰造成相間短路。在吊芯檢修時,有時不慎將線圈、引線、分接開關等處的絕緣破壞或工具遺留在干式變壓器內。在干式變壓器上進行檢修時,不慎跌落物件、工具砸壞套管,輕則發生閃絡,重則短路接地。 d.并聯運行的配電干式變壓器在檢修、試驗或更換電纜后未進行逐一校相,隨意接線導致相序接錯,干式變壓器在投入運行后將產生很大的環流,燒毀干式變壓器。2 防范措施 配電干式變壓器燒壞的事故,有相當部分是完全可以避免的,還有一些只要加強設備巡視,嚴格按章操作,隨時可以把事故消除在萌芽狀態。2.1 投運前檢測 配電干式變壓器投運前必須進行現場檢測,其主要內容如下。 a.油枕上的油位計是否完好,油位是否清晰且在與環境相符的油位線上。過高,在干式變壓器投入運行帶負荷后,油溫上升,油膨脹很可能使油從油枕頂部的呼吸器連接管處溢出;過低,則在冬季輕負荷或短時間內停運時,可能使油位下降至油位計看不到的位置。 b.蓋板、套管、油位計、排油閥等處是否密封良好,有無滲油現象。否則當干式變壓器帶負荷后,在熱狀態下,會發生更嚴重的滲漏現象。 c.防爆管(安全氣道)的防爆膜是否完好。 d.呼吸器的吸潮劑是否失效。 e.干式變壓器的外殼接地是否牢固可靠,因為它對干式變壓器起著直接的保護作用。 f.干式變壓器一/二次出線套管及它們與導線的連接是否良好,相色是否正確。 g.干式變壓器上的銘牌與要求選擇的干式變壓器規格是否相符。例如各側電壓等級、干式變壓器的接線組別、干式變壓器的容量及分接開關位置等。 h.測量干式變壓器的絕緣,用1 000~2 500 MΩ表測量干式變壓器的一/二次繞組對地絕緣電阻(測量時,非被測量繞組接地),以及一/二次繞組間的絕緣電阻,并記錄測量時的環境溫度,絕緣電阻的允許值沒有硬性規定,但應與歷史情況或原始數據相比較,不低于出廠值的70%(當被測干式變壓器的溫度與制造廠試驗時的溫度不同時,應換算到同一溫度進行比較)。 i.測量干式變壓器組連同套管的直流電阻,根據GB50150-1991《電器裝置安裝工程電氣設備交接試驗標準》第6.0.2條的有關規定:配電干式變壓器各相直流電阻的相互差值應小于平均值的4%,線間直流電阻的相互差值應小于平均值的2%。 若以上檢查全部合格,則先將干式變壓器空投(不帶負荷)。檢查電磁聲有無異常,測量二次側電壓是否平衡。如平衡說明干式變壓器變比正常,無匝間短路,干式變壓器可以帶負荷正常運行。2.2 運行中注意事項 a.在使用配電干式變壓器的過程中,一定要定期檢查三相電壓是否平衡,如嚴重失衡,應及時采取措施調整。同時,應經常檢查干式變壓器的油位、油色,有無滲漏,發現缺陷及時消除,避免分接開關、線圈因受潮而燒壞。 b.定期清理配電干式變壓器上的污垢,檢查套管有無閃絡放電,接地是否良好,有無斷線、脫焊、斷裂現象,定期遙測接地電阻不大于4Ω,或者采取防污措施,安裝套管防污帽。 c.在接/拆配電干式變壓器引出線時,嚴格按照檢測工藝操作,避免引出線內部斷裂。合理選擇二次側導線的接線方式,如采用銅鋁過渡線夾或線板等。在接觸面上涂上導電膏,以增大接觸面積與導電能力,減少氧化發熱。 d.推廣使用S9系列新型防雷節能干式變壓器或者在配電干式變壓器一/二次側裝設避雷器,并將避雷器接地引下線、干式變壓器的外殼、二次側中性點3點共同接地。堅持每年一次的年度預防性試驗,將不合格的避雷器及時更換,減少因雷擊諧振而產生過電壓損壞干式變壓器。 e.在切換無載調壓開關時,每次切換完成后,首先應測量前后2次直流電阻值,做好記錄,比較三相直流電阻是否平衡。在確定切換正常后,才可投入使用,在各檔位進行測量時,除分別做好記錄外,注意將運行檔直流電阻放在較后一次測量。參考文獻
